SPR# STER5PCBBR - Made extensive changes to unsupported browser and logout code to better accomodate many browsers. Also moved up blocks so that we now block for anything before IE5.1 or Mozilla 1.3. We offer a Try option for IE5 or better or Mozilla 1.0 or better.
